Founder of Slite shares all of his productivity apps and what he uses to get things done across his day. Here's his productivity stack.
Christophe is the CEO of Slite, and he keeps himself very busy across his day, managing and trying to build one of the most interesting companies in the asynchronous collaboration space.
As you could imagine, he doesn't just want to optimize his deep work with the lack of meetings, but he also wants to optimize the team and the people around him to enable the best productivity for them. This explains his productivity setup and what he uses to get things done across his business workday.
It goes without saying that Christophe uses Slite. Apparently, he spends between eight hours a day inside of his application, as it acts as the repository for his whole team's information and knowledge.
But it's also a collaboration space for asynchronous work, allowing the team to get answers using some of the Q&A functionality that is built using artificial intelligence and also to discover all the deep work that the team is working on within seconds.
Superhuman is an email app that is very popular with founders and those who spend a lot of time on email because trying to collaborate and send emails in a rapid way is very important to them.
Also, having a tool that is super fast is very helpful, and Christophe thinks that this is one of the tools that he judges success by how he can use it to get things done. He believes that how fast it allows him to block, mute, and unsubscribe allows him to manage emails faster and focus on what really matters with work.
Christophe used to use Cron Calendar, which is now Notion Calendar, and now he has switched to Amie. He really loves the experience, and the main hidden benefit is that they do things differently.
As a product builder, it helps trigger the way that he can rethink how he works every single day. Amie is a calendar application that integrates tasks, email, events, and plans all into one.
Christophe uses a combination of ChatGPT and Perplexity, and he's using both while still figuring out if he needs both. Largely, it's an obvious essential now for managing his workday. Today, it helps a lot of people manage their productivity by saving them time with administrative tasks.
Paste is a Mac utility app that Christophe loves to use. It allows him to browse through snippets that he copied and enables him to quickly access them, making it one of his extensions of memory.
Paste is available through Setapp and comes as part of the subscription pricing.
Screen Studio is where Christophe manages and creates all of his demos, and every time he shares a video, loads of people ask how it was done. That's because Screen Studio is a great, simple tool that allows for an easy walkthrough, making it really synchronized and coordinated with little effort.
Those were all of Christophe's productivity applications as he manages his company Slite every single day and that make him more productive.
He uses all of these apps in tandem, and a lot of these apps are very small, but some of them are much more notable, like Superhuman for managing emails, which can save him a lot of time, as well as apps like Amie that inspire him every single day to improve his own product, which is a dual application technically for him.
