Pipedrive doesn't have the most modern of designs, but when compared to other sales CRM and CRM tools on the market, it isn't ancient. Pipedrive offers easy-to-use functions and a sidebar that allows you to browse features easily and use keyboard shortcuts to easily access the right areas without the use of a mouse.
