GTD app with guided weekly reviews
Relay is a GTD app, and it sticks closely to David Allen's book. Everything goes into the Inbox first (typed, shared, forwarded by email or captured with a shortcut), then a clarify step asks GTD clarifying questions one item at a time until it's a next action, a project, a waiting for, someday/maybe or reference. The weekly review walks you through every list with trigger lists to jog the memory.
New in 1.1: shared workspaces for a family, a couple or a small team (up to ten people, each with their own account). Delegate a task and it lands in their Inbox and waits in your Waiting For until they've clarified it, with a shared Agenda, comments and a shared review.
Runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows and the web, in eight languages, and you can bring your system from OmniFocus, Things, TickTick, Nirvana or Todoist. €8 a month or €60 a year, after 30 days free, no card. I'm one person in Switzerland, with the data in Zurich.
