Listing your tool
How much does it cost?
A one-time $29 for the listing, no subscription required. If you'd like to manage your own page, Vendor Pro ($79/year) includes the listing free. Advertising (homepage placement, newsletter features, ads in lists) is a separate monthly package: see our packages. If we can't list your tool, you're fully refunded.
What does a listing include?
Your tool is added to Tool Finder and becomes discoverable in our search, filters, categories and the main tools directory. People find it when they are exploring new software or filtering by category to find the right fit.
How long does it take to go live?
Every submission is seen by human eyes before it goes up. It can take up to 72 hours, and we email you the moment your tool is live.
What kinds of tools do you accept?
We list genuine software tools across most categories. We're non-editorial, but we don't accept low-quality or low-security tools, and we don't accept NSFW, crypto, stablecoin or finance tools. If yours isn't a fit, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes, with page control. Pick Vendor Pro when you submit (your listing is included free) and you can edit your page anytime from your own dashboard. On the classic one-time listing we handle the page for you: if something needs fixing, email us at tools@keepproductive.com and we'll sort it out.
Advertising and sponsorship
How do rotated ads work?
Rotated ads are site-wide placements that surface your brand across multiple pages of Tool Finder, strengthening discovery as people browse and compare tools.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Advertising runs on a 3-month minimum: discovery, clicks and signups need a few weeks of rotation to compound, and 3 months is the sweet spot for meaningful results. A tool listing is a one-off with no commitment, and Vendor Pro can be cancelled any time.
Can I see how my ads are performing?
Yes. We work with you on adding a UTM link of your choice, so you can track the success of your campaign in your own analytics.
Does a listing include a video or newsletter feature?
No. A listing gets your tool into our database and search results, nothing more. It doesn't include a YouTube sponsorship, a video, or a newsletter spot. Newsletter features come with the Advertise package, and YouTube sponsorships are arranged on their own. Apply to advertise if you'd like to bundle them.

What do you promise?
We don't promise a set number of views, clicks or reach. Being listed or advertising puts your tool in front of active software buyers and keeps you on our radar for lists, comparisons and roundups, but we can't guarantee specific results.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within 48 hours. We're a small team, so replies are not guaranteed, but we read every message that comes in.
Can I get a custom package?
Yes. If none of the three packages fit, tell us what you have in mind in the contact form and we can put together something tailored.
