Questions
How does verification work?
After payment we check your email domain against your website by hand. Only the official team is approved, usually within a working day or two. If we can’t verify you, you get a full refund.
What can I change?
The description, logo, tagline, platforms, pricing details, video and deals. The name, web address and the link we send people through stay fixed. Edits are unlimited and go live after a quick check by us.
Can I cancel later?
Yes, from your billing page at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the year you’ve paid for, then the page goes back to a standard listing.
What does "more reach" mean?
Verified pages get a boost in the ranking we use across categories, lists and search. It is a boost, not a guaranteed position.
