Our standards

    We always look at it

    Every tool we recommend has been opened and used by us, for real work. Nothing is reviewed from a features list or a press release.

    We care about your long-term success

    We do not want to recommend something that does not match up. We would rather you find a tool you keep using for years than one you drop in a month.

    We vet tools

    We always look out for bad actors, make sure every tool we cover meets our requirements, and do our own extensive company history searches, so you do not have to.

    Paid placements are clear

    It is not that we have no ads. We just let you know where and when they show up, every time. That is important.

    We earn via commission

    Some links pay us a commission when you buy. It does not change the verdict: the review comes first, and a tool that is not worth it gets called out either way.
