Mayday Acquired & Key Facts

They cannot share or comment on the acquisition. Here's what we know:

• May 5th 2024 would be the last day of the app's service
• No new users will be able to sign-up and any existing users cannot subscribe
• We will not be sharing any customer data or account information with our acquiror
• They will delete all data on our databases
