Task manager that stood the test of time

Love the AI dictation, makes adding tasks super fast. Also, email-to-task is a lifesaver, no more copy-pasting. I can track all important things in one app. Been using it for a few months now, and honestly, it’s making my life so much easier. I just talk, and it turns my rambling into a proper task with a deadline. Syncs well with my calendar too. Maybe I can think of a few tweaks, but overall - really solid!

Great task manager with AI

We've been using Ping in our company for two years. Personally I really like dictating tasks while AI creates task titles, sets deadlines, and summarizes my voice notes. It's good to use in a small team because it's easy to set up - it has a built-in flow for collaboration where you can send a task for review or ask for help when a task gets stuck. It's very good because when the task is not delivered, we have a clear overview of who should take action and what the status is. It's also great that you have all your own tasks in your private view, and we can see all our tasks on the Kanban board (like Trello)
