Granola is an AI notepad for meetings. It records from your computer's audio rather than sending a bot into the call, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other meeting apps without appearing in the participant list.

You write your own notes during the meeting, and Granola enhances them with the transcript afterwards. Briefs help you prepare for upcoming meetings using your calendar, and Recipes turn notes into follow-ups such as emails, action items and Slack updates. AI chat works within one meeting or across all of them, and speaker detection shows who said what.

Granola runs on Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and Apple Watch, and connects to Notion, Slack, Attio, HubSpot, Affinity and Zapier, plus MCP. The free plan keeps 30 days of meeting history. Paid plans start at $14 per user a month (September 2026).
