Simple, effective, easy-to-recommend app, especially for new users.
Simple, effective, and now with iOS 18 integration with the calendar, it's even better. An excellent alternative to subscription-based apps, it's already integrated into the iPhone and works with Siri as well. I easily recommend it to any user, especially those new to this type of app.

I've tried a lot of to-do list and reminder apps, but I always come back to Apple Reminders. When considering tools other than Apple Reminder, most are available as web versions these days so there is no need to choose a specific device, but I think many people still prefer a native app. Of course, Apple Reminders comes standard on all Apple devices, and it's fast and simple to sync, but since the early days it has been improved in even the finer details, such as list format, location-based settings, and repeat settings. In particular, shopping lists are automatically categorized, so I hope that this feature will be reflected in other lists in the future. Best for: People who want a simple, free app and own a lot of Apple devices
