What is Nozbe?
Nozbe is a project management tool, but it's not like most with tons of confusing and in-depth features.
Instead, Nozbe has a more straightforward interface and an easier way to navigate around the app on any device you sync with.

Nozbe is a more in-depth and advanced task management and to-do list app for teams. However, it still presents a minimal and easy-to-navigate interface, so it doesn't feel too overwhelming when starting.
Nozbe is an excellent place to begin if you want a more all-in-one space.
With Nozbe, you can manage your projects, tasks, comments, clients, campaigns, and more in one space. You can break down tasks, assign team members to work on them, and add due dates and information. By adding comments, you can also discuss the task and provide feedback.
Nozbe also presents handy features everyone needs when using to-do lists, such as priority settings, the incoming tasks section to stay updated with what's new, and an activity section to see how the team members are doing.
How much does Nozbe cost per month?
Nozbe is free with $8 per month, per user.
Plans | Pricing |
---|---|
Basic | Free up to 3 users |

Over 2 years managing projects efficiently with Nozbe in a small design team
As the owner of a small design firm with a five-person team, we've been using Nozbe for two years, and it has truly organized our daily operations. It serves as our operational hub where we manage all projects, including our clients, whom we add as separate projects. This way, we have all the information we need in one place, which simplifies project management, even with multiple tasks on the go. - easy task management and simple interface - adding clients as separate projects allows every team member access to essential information: briefs, files, deadlines - all in one place. - seamless collaboration, even with clients - nozbe lets us share tasks with external parties without them needing an account. All they need is a link to view the task, upload files, and leave comments. For freelancers like us, this feature significantly improves communication. - quick onboarding - nozbe’s intuitive design makes onboarding new team members and clients easy. Plus, its extensive help resources and readily available support are a great bonus. Small drawback? A bit more customization for task - It would be great to have customizable fields for tasks to better suit our specific needs. In summary, Nozbe is a fantastic tool for any business seeking an efficient, clear system for task management and collaboration.

This is my favorite!
Before switching to Nozbe, I was using Nozbe Personal. This app is the successor of Nozbe Personal, is also GTD-based, and has a flat structure that is a must for me and my team. We use it at our hair salon to organize our bookings, keep track of clients' history and work on social media campaigns. I absolutely love reminders (being able to set multiple reminders is something that changed our lives!!!). I also like how every day I can find important tasks in my Incoming.

Minimalism in practice.
I implemented Nozbe in the creative team I worked in for 2 years. As with any new thing, not every employee liked Nozbe's "modesty". We are used to extensive functionalities that we either don't use or we try to apply them to our work style by force, after all, we pay for them ;). Nozbe is based on communication through tasks. This methodology streamlines work, speeds up effective task completion, skips unnecessary emails and distracting messages on Slack. It's simply worth trying :)

My must have app
I use Nozbe at work (where I first discovered it), in my small business, and to organize my family life. I can’t imagine living without it. I appreciate its simple interface and the fact that it’s available on all my devices. The app is well-designed and isn’t cluttered with unnecessary corporation-style features. They added a Messages feature a few weeks ago, which means I don’t have to switch to another app to communicate with my colleagues. There’s an option to share a single task with anyone, which has been very helpful. Drawbacks: I’m still waiting for support for cloud services like Dropbox.
