Best calendar app I've ever used
Morgen has been my primary calendar tool for over a year now, and it's been the most pleasant integrated calendar tool to use by far. The auto-generated conferencing links + scheduling pages are a real winner for me.

The best multi-platform, multi-provider time management app I could find
My situation: - I work on multiple platforms (Linux, mac OS) - I have calendars on multiple providers (MS Exchange, Google, iCloud, cal DAV) - I have to interact with several people (tens of students, colleagues and collaborators, industrial partners...) - I'm chronically plagued by a massive backlog Morgen is the single app that allows me to stay (mostly) sane. The feature set is vast and covers most of the use cases that are relevant to me (inter-provider collaboration, booking pages, time zones, web-conferencing integrations, task management and time blocking, automatic invitations, external app integration...). I've tried other solutions, and while they work well in their respective compartments (e.g. todoist for tasks, notion for information management, Apple or Google calendar for appointments), none of them could act a single control endpoint for all my time management needs. I only have a few minor gripes (e.g. sync could be a bit faster, especially on mobile), but overall I am extremely happy with this product.

Great tool to schedule all Notion Tasks
I use it to schedule All my Notion tasks into my Apple Calendar. And therefore if find it very useful. The only thing I could wish for is that they could make it possible to schedule notion tasks in the Morgen app. No I need to add a tasks in Notion and after that I could schedule it in Morgen.

The best calendar I've ever found
Although extremely expensive for Colombia, I found it a great tool overall. Having different calendas in one place is what I've been looking for. To improve: Once you create an event/task, and you want to edit to turn into a task/event, you have to delete the whole thing and do it again. Valuable minutes are wasted every time, focus, concentration. Even though you pay, it doesn't let you set up your personal Microsoft account. It says a I have to have a company account: I work from home, I have a small company, so my Microsoft account is for Home users. Still lacks some conference platforms to include (e.g. Zoho Meet). In the iPhone you can't erase, postpone, end, tasks/events. In the iPhone you can't add alerts or repeat a task. That really needs to be added. The feature of visualizing 7 days, 9 days, 8 days, doesn't work. Just up to 6 days. Thank you! Keep the work!

Best "Time blocking" app for windows
Took me a bit to find this app at the time, but it looks like it has garnered some well deserved popularity. Provides everything and more I would ask for in a calendar app. My favorite features 1. Click and drag time blocks - something surprisingly hard to find in most calendar apps, and the sole reason I tried this one out. 2. Easy layout and usability - I love the simple design, super easy to figure out everything I needed to do within a matter of minutes. 3. To do list - Such an underated feature for calendar apps... a real game changer. Morgen lets you create multiple lists for what ever areas of your life you need, and then you can simply drag and drop those to-dos straight into your agenda. Over all, this app has improved my productivity tremendously, I highly recommend for anyone looking to block out their schedules hour by hour, task by task. The only thing I would love to see in the future: 1. Better mobile support - My android app is a bit wonky sometimes, and you can't change the color of blocks when you add them from your phone. I usually use it to quickly put something down so I don't forget, and then have to go back later to fix it on my PC. I would also looooove to see more widgets for mobile.

Simply The BEST!!!
Morgen has definitely become my go-to for keeping organized with my dates, activities, business meetings, and tasks! It's easy to use and extremely flexible. I totally enjoy how it integrates with my iCalendar, Google Calendar (though I don't use them as my main calendars), and most of all, Notion. I have it on both my computer and iPhone. At this time, it may not be available for my iPad, or it could be user error in trying to install it. I can add and move tasks and events around, which is very helpful since life changes from day to day. If you're on the fence, may I suggest you jump off onto the side that will give you the very best in calendar planning? Yes, there is a fee, but it's fine with me because it does all and more of what I need to keep me organized. No need to look for another calendar system—Morgen is the BEST!

The winner for my needs
I have been testing all of the major new calendars apps and Morgen rose to the top of the list for my needs. I am a heavy Obsidian user - it runs my life/work, so the ability to seamlessly integrate tasks is FANTASTIC. Integration to O365 makes our CISO a bit unhappy so better O365 integration is required. Corp chooses the back end so it's important to keep them happy or risk being shut down. Product has a regular cadence of upgrades so no negatives there.

Truly a tool I cannot live without.
A calendar I use single day. Morgen has become of one of those tools I cannot live without anymore. I started using Morgen since the beginning, and the team is constantly shipping new features, and thinking about how to improve the whole experience. Creating integrations with Todoist, and Obsidian have really shown that they care about well-built tools, and how they should work seamlessly. Adding on Calendly-like features, has also been a major win for scheduling with my peers. I've actually become better at managing my time because of Morgen. I can truly, wholeheartedly recommend that you give Morgen a try.

Good ideas but unreliable
I've been using Morgen for the last 6 months alongside Fantastical and I don't recommend it. The pros: - Lots of features - Integrated task management is great - Integrations - Morgen Assist But there’s a lot more cons: I’ve missed critical client meetings thanks to Morgen’s bugs where it failed to update an event when my client moved the date. I filed a bug report and exchanged emails with a developer who basically dismissed my problem saying it wasn’t a problem with Morgen. Fantastical saw the change, Apple Calendars saw the change, but Morgen didn’t and I missed the meeting and had a very angry client. Morgen will also randomly drop connections to calendars with no warning. It’s easy to miss the tiny icon that’s meant to warn you an extremely important calendar isn’t connected anymore. Morgen Assist has potential but it often creates duplicates and muddies up my calendar. I've used several of their built in workflows and I've had to turn all of them off and delete all the events. Obsidian sync is fantastic, but also unfinished. I really like the overall direction of Morgen but their implementation is what keeps me from using it as my sole calendar app. It seems like the team is more concerned with shipping 10 features at 80% complete rather than 5 features at 100% complete. For a calendar app, that’s just not acceptable. Again, I really want to like it. But in it’s current state, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Unparalleled productivity powerhouse!
As someone who works full time and is a part-time master's student, Morgen is a fantastic blend of calendars, task management, and AI capabilities for getting things done quickly without overtaking your life. The integrations with prominent tools is fantastic, they even have an API for devs which works really smoothly if you're interested. Subscription is reasonable, and their customer service has been very responsive. Could not recommend this tool enough if you're looking for a hub for your tasks, and into planning your days as you go.

Extraordinatry for time management
Morgen is the calendar I've always dreamed of. I've been a fan of the todolist tool for... 20 years! I've tried them all. The GTD method has been my friend since David Allen's book came out. I needed a timeblock solution. And Morgen does it perfectly, and more than that by integrating features like Calendly for example. It really is a must-have!

I use it daily to plan both private events as well as business meetings. Even though I use multiple calendars, I get one clear view with all my appointments and tasks. The tasks i've still have integrated with todoist, but since my use case is quite simple im considering migrating to their todo lists which are improving a lot as well. Finally, the mobile app is easy to use and has a widget to see upcoming events which is also nice. The team responds well to user feedback and bugs, I definitely recommend using the app.

Great for someone with multiple calendars
I'm a consultant, and work with at least 6 different email addresses across multiple businesses, which results in multiple calendars at work. Morgen allows me to view everything in one place. The calendar booking feature is super helpful as well, as it allows me to never me double-booked across any of those calendars.

I've used Morgen + Todoist to manage my life as an engineering student for almost three years now. It is one of the most valuable tools I've ever used. Key features: * todoist + task integration * linux support * keybinds + functional UI * natural language event input * integrate multiple calendars * integration with videoconferencing platform * super friendly, helpful, and transparent company, have had numerous excellent interactions

Has everything I could ask for, and more.
I've been using Morgen for almost 2 years now. Given the wide range of platforms and OSs that I use, I needed something that works reliably across all. The integration with a wide variety of calendars was important (Outlook and Gmail namely). The syncing is fantastic, and overall consistent experience on mobile and desktop means less mucking around with multiple apps to get the same thing done. There are definitely places where it could be improved, but I am not worried as those things are minor compared to what I would have to deal with when it comes to other clients. Also, the Morgen team are extremely responsive. They've implemented at least TWO feature requests I made over the past year of using Morgen, and they are always improving based on user feedback. My favourite is the fact I can incorporate my PERSONAL calendars with my WORK calendars. I like the ability to see them all at once. But with keyboard shortcuts, I can hide one or the other. For example, if I need to open up the calendar app at work, I hide the personal calendars. I actually have 5 different views as a combination of calendars, tasks, etc. There are many features I am yet to incorporate into my workflow, but when I have time I will explore them. For now, it's doing all I need, and it's reassuring to know I have even more power. Overall an awesome experience and I can't see myself moving to another app thanks to all it supports and their responsive customer service.

Sunrise Calendar's worthy successor
Finally, an app able to replace Sunrise Calendar, which Microsoft treacherously murdered. While it is able to link all the calendars most people use (Google, Outlook, iCloud), it doesn't yet do everything a user could want (e.g., automatically linking between Outlook and iCloud Calendar). However, it's still probably Fantastical's best competitor at the moment, and it has the huge advantage of being for Windows as well.

The One to Beat
Morgen is how my brain works, full stop. I've been looking for something that not only is a full-featured calendar app (complete with cmd+K shortcuts) — something to compliment Superhuman — but also one that implements time blocking the way I would want and works with tools I use (like Linear). It's truly the best thing that also just so happens to have Calendly-like features on top. I can't recommend anything else.

Bridges my home and work life beautifully
I can sync my home Apple iCloud Calendar and my work Google Calendars beautifully and Morgen can look at both calendars and manage my availability. I cancelled my Calendly sub because Morgen creates booking pages easily and I can see my team's availability in the calendar which with Calendly was not easy. The integration with Linear is amazing, I can take the tasks assigned to me and drop them right in my calendar to time block and make sure I get to those tasks. Finally it has a great Slack integration and assistant. If I make a team meeting without an agenda I get a slack notification to which I can reply with brief text that Morgen converts to a succinct agenda and I will update the invitation without me having to open the app

Dedicated Calendar App perfect for time blocking
Morgen is great as it pairs with todoist to create a extremly low friction task/time blocking flow. Works great across platforms and have a great design; It still lacks a bit on mobile and perfomance startup, but nothing much diferrent compared to other solutions. It has many meetings and scheduling tools but im not using them. I just mostly for personal use.

Excellent calendar tool
Morgen is the best calendar I ever used so far in 20+ years of working. It's simple to use, yet sofisticated in features. It's fast and reliable. And is continuously developing toward user's real needs through a permanent conversation with us, the customers. I really appreciate the automations and the development of API, which further expand the potential usage scenarios for the tool. Chapeau, Morgen!

Absolutely love it
Morgen is currently the only solution that successfully integrates my todolist and all my calendars with seamless syncing and allows me to timeblock efficiently. Its the only calendar I use on my laptop. helpful if you keep your todo list on todoist, but currently limited for other platforms. I wish the mobile app would be faster and have increased feature but morgen is great with its updates

Great tool for your productivity
It's a great tool for working with a calendar, to-do list that's connected to said calendar AND for letting customers book in their appointments. I'm working with ZOOM which is a great connection and it's easy to connect with Apple Calendar. I had some issues with Teams and Morgen, but not sure if it was on MS side or Morgen. Setting up is easy. Just need to follow your to-do-list and you're great :)

Great tool to manage tasks and calendar events in one place!
I've used Morgen about 3 months now, and find it invaluable to my current workflows. I was looking for a tool that allowed me to manage tasks and calendar events in one place, and also integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft To Do, both of which I use extensively for work. Setting things up was the only confusing part - you have to have sys admin rights at my workplace to install any software and allow it to connect to our Office 365 implementation. But once all that was squared away, using Morgen is really super easy and simple. And the integrations are smooth, allowing for two-way syncing and editing. This means that my changes in Morgen show up in my Outlook calendar, and vice-versa. Last but not least, the design is really gorgeous. It looks amazing on Windows, Mac, and iOS, and having a cross-platform solution that just works and looks as good as this is almost too good to be true! My only wish list item is a built-in timer for all tasks and events so that I can track actual time spent on all tasks/events, with cumulative totals for each project, day, week, and month. Most of my work is hourly, so having this feature would be absolutely killer!

Best Calendar for Cross-Platform use
Simply a very well built calendar application that does its job regardless of the operating system you are on. Good Exchange support. Very responsive developers. What really stands out for me is cross-platform use together with the ease of use that morgen provides. As an early adopter, I still got the lifetime license but with the current monthly fee its not cheap anymore. It still gives you good value for your money.

It is a good app but it lacks synchronization of google contacts.
The application design and the approach of being able to integrate several tools in a single agenda application is great. However there is one issue that is tedious and that is that when you want to invite others to a meeting you must enter their emails manually without being able to select them from your contact book (Google Contacts) would be excellent. The other integration that from my daily use would be great is the integration with ClickUp. In summary it is fine but the integration of contacts is essential from my point of view. I love it but it has some issues
I love the app, I've been using it for two years. I think all the integrations are quite useful. It does lag a bit sometimes, which of course is not ideal but I don't mind it that much. My only issue is with the mobile app, I think it needs a lot of improvements, sometimes it does not reflect what I have scheduled in my desktop app, and the interface feels less "clean" compared to the desktop app.
