How does Google Calendar work?

Google Calendar allows you to add meetings and events and use them as tasks alongside another app called Google Tasks on the Google Workspace version.

Some advanced features allow you to see time insights on where you spend your time, for example, how long you spend in meetings and breaking down the average time you spend generally. Google Calendar allows you to add as many calendars as you like and works as a system behind calendars if you add a future calendar app like Rise Calendar.

Google Calendar Just Got Even Better

I’ve been using Google Calendar for years, and it’s honestly hard to imagine staying organized without it. The clean interface, seamless sync across devices, and extensive integrations (like Ellie Planner and countless others) make it a powerhouse for scheduling. It is also what a lot of teams use for scheduling google meets and other events at work! They FINALLY added dark mode, which makes using it even better! Whether it’s managing personal tasks or coordinating with a team, Google Calendar delivers everything you need and more.

The only calendar i use

It's the only calendar i use for everything. It's simple, with a lots of features, the integration with other apps is amazing, a lots of customization, always evolving and getting better everyday.

A basic, yet easy to use calendar tool!

Google Calendar is a great default calendar app, with some nice abilities if you're into the Google ecosystem. One thing I like is the mobile app with the agenda view that makes it easy to use for scrolling and having a colourful way to see upcoming dates.

Simple calendar experience

My needs are met with Google Calendar. It has all the features that I need, and it's just simple enough that I don't get overwhelmed. When it comes to planning, simplicity is key for me. I tried Morgen.so and Amie.so, but it didn't sit right with me. It still felt like I was micromanaging my life. So thank god for Google Calendar.

The only calendar you probably need

Google Calendar is sort of the staple calendar app. It has got almost everything an average calendar user needs. I use Notion Calendar on desktop because of the superior UI but Google Calendar is still the only calendar app I use on mobile since it does everything it needs to in a very simple way. It's not complicated, it's easy to get started, integrates well with all sorts of apps. I personally use Todoist with Google Calendar integration. It is really perfect for most calendar users
