How calendar apps should've always been

It helps you plan schedule your time, which is what all calendar apps should be about instead of just logging.

Intuitive software + cheap + great customer service

I've been using Flowsavvy for 4 or 5 months. As far as calendar/task management software goes it's very intuitive compared to what else is out there. It's honestly changed the way I've worked and I highly recommend it.

Simply a superb scheduling app

Very under rated app. Have tried a variety of scheduling tools and this hands beats them all. I use it to balance a heavy work load and personal calendars.

I’ve tried them all, this one is the best

I tend to switch apps and always looking for a new one because nothing captures exactly what I need. I have ADHD and I needed a tool that keeps me focused, prioritizes, reschedules, syncs all my business and personal tasks and calendars and visually shows me what I can and cannot realistically accomplish. I used to feel so beat up about my never ending to do list, but this helps me to keep things in perspective and not feel like I am a slacker. It’s just, I don’t have a clone to fit in 52 hours of work in a 24 hour day. I love the buffets so that I actually take a mental break and /or have the option to brew another cup of coffee, etc without compromising the time I set for time of task completion. I’ve actually gotten a lot MORE done because I can knock out the important stuff first by tagging those things (DO ASAP or HIGH PRIORITY) and feel that dopamine hit and keep going. No fluff, I love FlowSavvy and have recommended it to some colleagues of mine. I have a feeling the engineering team is just getting started and they will continue to beef it up. But it’s already my fav so I am definitely looking forward to what’s to come.

Best Timeblocker

I am a big fan of this. I have been a fan of the automatic calendaring-type apps, as it helps with ADHD issues. However, these other apps cost monthly what FlowSavvy costs for a year. If you have trouble staying on top of tasks, I recommend timeblocking, and timeblocking with FlowSavvy! My recommendation is to spend some time playing around/tutorials/youtube videos and see how it works/integrates before going all the way in.
