Good for PKM tool

I used this as notion alternative, but the object based thing wasnt my thing. Other than that looks promising.

🎖️ Way to go CAP TEAM

Design The design of Capacities is eye-catching, stunning, and visually appealing, especially if you appreciate a strong aesthetic. I make customizable dashboards that are pretty and easy to do while snugging all significant functions, objects, and tags into one streamlined dashboard, which is a big plus for those who enjoy working in a beautiful,......

Great but no cigar - why? No iPad app

Capacities is a great app in many ways, and I can backup that fluffy statement with the fact that I’m a paying Believer for 12+ months. HOWEVER, the fact that no iPad exists and, it seems, not even in development, is a huge minus. In my case it hinders a full commitment to Capacities as the primary (only) PKM system.

Best second brain on the market

I’ve tried them all. Logseq, Obsidian, Bear, Evernote, Tana, Amplenote, Craft, Notion etc. Capacities ticks all the boxes for me and I have stuck with it since its early days. The UI feels familiar. It is very capable but not overly complex (Tana, here’s looking at you). The team listens to feedback and releases great updates on a regular basis.......

The Best Note-Taking System!

Over the past two years, I've tried out more than a dozen different apps on various operating systems, and Capacities is the only one that has felt effortless from the start. There's no need to waste time trying to figure things out or design complicated structures because Capacities is incredibly intuitive, and its object-oriented approach......

In the way to perfection. Only Capacities does…

I am a newly graduated animation design student, 27 years old, and I am obsessed with apps that (in theory) improve our organization and facilitate our day. I say "in theory" because, in reality, that's not quite what happens. I think I spent a lot of time using these apps just for the pleasure of saying I have a second brain, because in reality,......

Rough start, but greate experience so far

Been on the professional plan for a while now, making the switch from Notion. Starting was rough due to the learning curve and I tried a few apps as well: - Obsidian - Logseq - Supernotes - Amplenotes But once I got over that hump (took me a few days), then it's a seamless experience. It takes a page out of Logseq when it comes to daily notes,......

I tried them all, Capacities is the best

The developers have been improving this wonderful program every single month that I've used Capacities. Every month, it gets even better. The features grow, and the performance gets better. They listen and respond to users. I didn't think I'd love the AI features as much as I do. I also love to forward important emails to the program. I love......

Great Upcoming PKMS

Strengths - Really great at linking objects together. - Nice UI. Minimal but colourful. - Amazing community, their Discord is very active and helpful. - Good enough iOS app. - Transparent team, and very communicative. Weakness - No offline support... Yet. - Friction sometimes, it cannot be used as fleeting notes. I prefer using Apple Notes,......

Easy to learn! I love Capacities!

I didn't find it difficult to learn at all, and the documentation is very detailed and easy to follow, so I can use it in more advanced ways. I love that it's so adaptable. Every object can be changed into another object, and every structure in the app is flexible. The AI feature is amazing, too! I've been using Capacities for a year now, and......

Found my 2nd Brain!

All PKM's have a learning curve, Capacities is no different. It Breaks the mould of PKM's and the linear structure that is imposed by many others. A 30 day trial which includes premium features really let's you have a good go at finding the way to structure your information in a way that works for you. This is important for those of us who are......

Great development team, Excellent product

Object orientation allows me to craft an interface for management of personal information that fits my needs. The user interface is visually attractive and easy to navigate. The product is growing but that's the best news - the development team is keyed into and involved with the active user community. Monthly (and often more frequent updates)......
