Revise is a browser-based word processor with an AI agent built in. You can write from scratch or import Word, Google Docs, PDF, Markdown, RTF, and ODT files. Revise keeps Word's page layout: per-section page size and margins, section breaks, headers and footers, footnotes and endnotes, multilevel legal numbering, and tracked changes and comments. When you export back to .docx, the document keeps that formatting, and any pending suggestions become Word tracked changes. The agent reads the whole document and proposes text and formatting edits as tracked changes, which you accept or reject one at a time. You choose the model: Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Grok. Revise also includes real-time collaboration, a visual revision history, and an MCP server so Claude and ChatGPT can edit Revise documents directly. It has a free plan with a daily AI limit, and paid plans start at $8 a month.
